Herne Bay Jazz and Swing Fest at the Pier will be held on Sunday, August 22nd, 2021. For details of the full weekend’s events on other stages please see www.hernebayjazzfestival.com. Instrumentalists featured for FREE at Herne Bay Pier Stage this year include eclectic guitar virtuoso John Etheridge (Soft Machine / Stephane Grapelli / Andy Summers (the Police)) Enrico Tomasso “swing trumpeter par excellence” [Jazzwise Magazine], rising young Scottish saxophone star Rachael Cohen, acclaimed jazz singer and festival director Kai Hoffman, and Latina powerhouse pianist and composer Eliane Correa with her ten-piece Cuban ensemble La Evolución.
