I moved to Herne Bay in 2022 where I purchased our first property with my wife. My name is Alexis but I prefer to be known as Alex.
I was an active member of my rugby club in France for many years as a player and the club referee, as well as helping out on all events for the club including preparation, clearing up and serving. I also played for my university in Canterbury as well playing many other sports. I am a keen gardener and this is where I spend a lot of time.
The pier made me feel so welcome that I wanted to join the team. To date I have dressed as an elf in December,Beatlejuice in October and an army officer for VE day,
I aim to use my experience of 12 years in health and social care, as well my ongoing 14 years in security, to maintain the safety and security of the site, the trustees, the volunteers, and especially all customers visiting to keep the atmosphere fun, family and friendly.
