Sue Halfpenny

I came to live in Herne Bay in 1974 to relocate our, then fledgling, business to the Herne Bay Glass premises. The best move of my life.  My love of gardening led me to Herne Bay in Bloom – often to be seen on Sea Street Roundabout or in the Kitchen Garden in the park. I love stewarding at events on the pier. I was a founder member of the trust and now that I am semi-retired am eager to be more involved with both the day to day running and future development of our pier.
